I purchased gas at Hess Store no. 38279 at 16 E. DeKalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406. The order number was 2404447. The pump showed 11.198 gallons but my gage had not yet indicated that the fuel level was low which means I had at least two gallons in the tank already. My tank only holds 12.5 gallons. We paid 26K for this product and the only documents it reads is the 3 sample documents supplied with the SDK. Anything else than that it does not read and gives you garbage back. I would recommend anyone to beware of this as the supplier do not even respond to any requests and once you have purchased the product you will realise the product does not work as they describe it to work. I took my car in for an oil change, tune-up and anti-freeze replacement. All for about $150 estimated price. They ended up keeping my car for a week . Nobody knew what was going on. They ended up boring out the heads on the vehicle instead of replacing the thermometer. The total repair price was over $1, 400. They told me, "We're all here to make a profit." They have done this before on other items, but this was the last straw. If you go to the Better Business Bureaus website, you will see that they do this quite frequently. I am a 4 year client of Telus Mobility and never once have they disconnected my service because of a late payment. Yesterday they disconnected my service because of a late payment. We paid our loan off with these people 5 yrs ago. We had a lot of simular problems as you folks.As far as the payment thing...we sent the payments, registered mail and made someone sign for it when they recieved it. They pulle d so many scams, or tried to, on us that it wasn't funny. Even after the loan was paid in full, they tried to tell us we owed them more money . If you carry Home Insurance with them ...you might want to check for as better rate also. I did and saved a bundle. It felt SOOOOOOOOOOOO good to tell them off that last time. I attempted to pay for my groceries today with a gift card for $50.00. The cost of the groceries was $57+. I swiped the card and the clerk asked for the card so he could enter it in on the pad for groceries. I had cash to pay for the remainder of the charge. Then he took the card into the closed door room behind the main booth and came back to say the gift card section of the computer was not working today. This was most inconvenient for me and I had to either leave my groceries or pay with a credit card which I did not want to do today.
