The machine has been great for about 8 months. After 8 months, the first problem was a broken wheel. I called Nordictrack since it is under warranty. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me a part. The part took 7 days to arrive and at that point, I could schedule service. It took the service personnel another week to get there. I ordered Rays Baseball tickets from Front Row Seats LLC online, and was told to pick-up tickets at will call. When I went to will call with my guests they gave us the tickets, however when we entered the stadium only one (1) ticket was good. On my way home one day, I decide to stop at a car wash. One that I hadn't been to before. Mistake! I asked for a basic wash with a vacuum, and was charged $11! That's such a rip off!!! Bethany Christian Services is a scam. They are in it solely for the money. They do not care about the needs of the parents or children. Don't let the Christian in the name fool you. A friend of ours gave us a coupon for this place and we took our two daughters there for a 2 year picture. First time there and everyone was nice until we got into the studio. Few years ago I bought a side-by-side GE refrigerator from sears at Falls church, VA with an extended warranty. My warranty is still valid until 2010. I recently had my engine replaced 6 months ago and had my oil changed at a different company that usually has a long wait. So since I had some shopping to do I took my van to have an oil change at Wal-Mart. Two days after my oil change my engine started knocking and a plume of smoke came out of the tail pipe. I bought the 15" Brookstone digital frame online. I checked out the manual on line and it was a Brookstone manual. The frame that I received was a Smartparts frame with a Smartsparts manual. This frame has different features that the 15" frame listed on the Brookstone website. The resolution of the frame that I received is different. I purchased a sandwich/waffle maker last December, thinking I would give it as a Christmas gift. I wrapped it and put it in my closet and forgot about it until this past June. I drove to three stores to look for dill pickle chips and none had them. I looked online and it showed that the three stores had them. The wireless headsets stops working or just static after about 30 minutes of use. Comes back on at random after a while. Took it to the dealer, changed batteries on the headsets but the problem still not resolved. Seen other Odyssey owners describe similar problem. The wired speakers don't cut of when the headsets stops working. The problem is also on the wired earphones at the 3rd row seats. I have a Honda Odyssey EX with DVD. It is a 2005 model.
