I too was taken by these guys. I notified my bank and the police. Now I have to check my credit report and file with the Federal Trade Commission. The phone number and their web site is gone, but he customer care number works still. They handle the support for several "companies" and I was able to talk to someone. On 9/11/08 my bank contacted this company about charges they have been making on my VISA account. Since May 10th they have been charging me $375.00 bi-weekly for only God knows what. The bank transferred my call to their representative, who said that I would receive a form letter within 6 - 10 days, and that after I sent it back my money would be returned to me.
