I was shopping for dog food in my local Woodman's market (in Beloit, WI) when I noticed a brand of "natural" dog food I had not seen before. The brand is called Nature's Menu Oven Baked Dog Food with Chicken, Whitefish, and Sweet Potatoes by Evolve. We purchased a dishwasher several months ago and it was damaged by RC Willey employees while moving it - broke off the dial. The dishwasher was never fixed and we called numerous times over a two month period. We had to do all the calling since know one called us and since we could not get any resolutions we went elsewhere to purchase a dishwasher and canceled our order, but I did not think this should go without mentioning it. I ordered a trial shipment which was to cost 4.95. A few days later I received a 30 day supply which was charged to my credit card for $89.31. This company practices extremely deceptive sales techniques. The place a cookie or some type of spyware on my computer and made it look as if their product would be able to remove it. It created a continous loop on my desktop that did not allow me to remove it or get out of the application without forcing you to purchase the software, thinking this would solve the problem. I never ever send complaints. I called ERS to verify them as a collection agency and explained that I wanted to verify with the bank that this is who they use. Their "debt collector" as she called herself, would not let me get off the phone. She wanted to know why I had to call the bank, she repeated back to me my s.s, dob, everything personal and told me "what more do you need to know". Color Brite awning company told me they would paint the awnings in 2-3 weeks in the specified colors. 7-8 weeks later the awnings were finally done but were painted the wrong color. Lake charles manufacturing supplies test tubes and other science supplies. They have the worst customer service. I ordered items and expected them within the time it said they would be shipped (3 days ground) they never arrived. I asked where the items were in an email and they (mike) replied in a condescending manner. They do not always respond to requests of information about when items will be shipped. Rather unusual situation, they are unable to furnish a good connection with Europe (Italy and France), and after 50 e-mails, being called on weekends at 7 am by their technical reps and kept on the phone for 1/2 hr to allow them to "fix the problem", after having had my parents called in the middle of the night "to check", they finally say "we are unable to perform", no ciontraectual obligations on my side, just plain inability to furnish a good connection on theirs.
