I have had FOUR unathorized withdrawals by Platinum Member:Fortress Secured INC. The first one was on 10/07/08 for $49.95, The second one was on 10/15/08 for $7.99, the third one was on 10/16/08 for $49.95, and the forth one was on 10/16/08. All of these withdrawals came out of a Liberty Savings Bank account in which I keep little money, so I have been charged an overdraft fee of $35.00 per withdrawal. I received my AT&T phone bill with (2) charges of 12.95 each. When I called (800) 460-0078, they gave me credit for the charges and said that my email address was used to authorize the charge and they even had my mother's maiden name on file. I was suppose to get the magazine "SELF" and never received it. After several phone calls and getting very upset the lady told me to fax a letter requesting a refund and I would have a check in 10 days. I still haven't recieved it and all I get is the answering machine or answering service which I leave a message everytime to call me back and never get a call back. This company sends these kids around saying they are trying to win a vacation or are missionaries or some other lie and then you don't get anything. I want my refund of $38.00 immediately. The next email I got from them stated that they had shipped my order, in the email the part was the wrong color. I called them up and tried to stop the order, but they said it had already shipped and I would have to return it in order to get the right one. I was a affilitated travel consultant with Vacation Consultants of America. I have been trying for several months to get in touch with someone no one answers the phones; or if the see your number they disconnect the call; if you leave messages they will not return your calls the same with emails and letters. I finally spoke to someone and she was going to check on my questions I had and get back to me to this day I have not heard from anyone at this company. This company is running a scam. Just try to call their "customer service" number (1-888-692-8352) and you will never get a live person, it is just a phone runaround. I canceled my order after getting the product and they sent other things i did not order and charged me for. they said i needed to opt out when i sign up for free trial. then i get charged after i cancelled and e-mail the customer support and received an e-mail back saying it was for the remaining balance of the trial bottle after 14 days.
