I had ordered wedding invitations from ML graphics in NYC in Sept. Was recommended by a friend who had used them several years ago. Also, the DVD indicates the plus model includes the mesh stack rack which you do not get at all. In March 2008, I took my 1997 Chevy truck into Express Oil in Leeds, Al for a simple oil change. Upon completion, the truck would not start. The mechanic without using a diagnostic machine said it was a fuel pump. I purchased a pair of Sennheiser earphones and was not allowed to try them on or try a demo pair, which the salesman stated was for hygiene reasons. They were $160 plus tax. When I went home and tried the headphones, they were incredibly uncomfortable. In order to have the sound-blocking qualities the salesman had claimed they have, they had to be inserted deeply into the ears, resulting in an intrusive poking sensation. I purchased an Elite model 9500 and had to have it replaced under warranty because the on/off button fell out. The replacement I was sent was the R710. This has only one brush head and no cord storage. The 9500 had two brush heads and cord storage in the base. Their R732 model has two brush heads and cord storage. My son paid for an airsoft gun online. It was broken when it arrived. We emailed and they tried to tell us how to repair ourselves. It didn't work. I purchased a serveral-year abandoned house. Yes, it needed a lot of help. I asked John Lamping at Hirt & Ellco to fix some broken water lines, service a gas furnace (it hadn't seen a yearly service in who-knows-how-many years), and get the water pump up and running.
