I only had the SupportPlus Ellipse 1GB portable MP3 player for a week, and I couldn't get it to work so I took it back. The main problem seemed to be the completely useless instructions which gave no clue as to how to use the thing. I'm no technophobe, and quite happy to work things out normally, but this nearly got thrown in the fire. After a couple of hours I managed to work out how to download music but that wouldn't play, even old stuff originally copied from a CD. I have recently discovered that beginning in April 2008 Advanta has been raising my interest rate progressively since April 2008. I make my payments via bank transfer and found it odd that my balance kept growing despite my payments of greater than the minimums. I bought my MPIO HD300 a little over two months ago and have had it replaced twice. It works brilliantly for the first couple of weeks then you start to get problems with it changing the repeat setting then eventually it freezes on the start up screen and you can do nothing with it apart from push the reset button to switch it off. I recently received a copy of my credit report ans it shows that I oe Alden Ridge Apartments $2, 474. I have been trying for the last 2 1/2months to get a copy of a roommate release form that I signed back in 2006 removing my name from this lease. This information should not be on my credit. It should be in my cousin name Camille Presberry. I spoke with Rhonda (Property Manager), Tammy, and a former employee named Denise and no one has been able to locate this file. Three days agao I had a charge show up on my credit card for $1.00 from a company named Lalibco.com Portugal NDL. Not knowing what this was for or what this company did, I looked them up on Google and found that they are some sort of Internet Tech/Service company but the site was very vague. I puchased an extended warranty on my washers i bought from sears and they have had to come out a few times. I told them it was for a business and that we do laundry for 17 Cabins which are not rented out all the time at the same time. Each time they have had to come fix them it takes 2 weeks to come out then they have to order parts. ABC Limo arrived late to pick me up in a car that i did not order. when they were supposed to pick me up, they were not there. I called and they said they were right around the corner. After 20 minutes I hopped a cab and paid an additional $20 for that. They charged by credit card more than they originally quoted without having satisfied a single aspect of the deal. There responses to my complaints were pathetic and I was enver able to speak with anyone of any authority at the company. Please do not use this company. Sears came out and gave us an estimate on a central air and heat unit, when it was installed a smaller air unit was put it. Should of had a smaller bill because unit was a cheaper unit. My husband and I just purchased a Viking Refrigerator from Pacificsales in Irvine. We were told it was a "floor model". Upon deliver we discovered that wasn't the true case. It was so badly damaged that our Viking Executive Appliance Repair service would not even touch it. We were given an extensive report of all the damages. Dear Sirs, Attached you will see the string of emails I have sent the RIU Resorts. As you can see RIU is clearly not taking ownership for the horrific service my family received at their resort. Our entire stay was ruined and no one at the resort in Mexico nor through their online customer complaint venue has given us a satisfactory resolution. When using Halifax International Payment System you'll need a Swift or Iban number of the local bank at receivers end. Can take up to 3 weeks for the transfer to complete. Halifax unable to confirm transfer successful until confirmation from the overseas bank therefore a long wait again. Some Halifax staff seem unaware of the transaction process and the "International Transfer Team" are not easily available. Overall I would advise using ay other quicker service as the Halifax one is very clumsy and certainly not the 2 days they advertise. read full review »

I have ordered several times from dvds2go and I must say the shipment was always early and I have nothing but "GOOD" to say about their PR department. I had to send one of my dvd's back. Although it was outdated for there return policy they took it and sent me another- no charge. I ordered 2 remanufactured 500 cadillac engines $4935.00 in April of 2008. They sent older models than I ordered, they where not fully assembled, missing parts and some of the parts they did use where unserviceable or partially cleaned. I tried to call them, no response yet. The company who actually did the remanufacture? was Blaines Motor Supply Co. in Dallas Tx. I called them 214-426-4400 and received a bunch of BS about the problems I'm experiencing. I've been a licensed mechanic for 25 yrs. and order 4 of these engines per year. A Goodmans GDB6 Freeview DTV Receiver review - I bought this unit to replace an ALBA Freeview box which suffered tuner failure, so was not pleased when the Goodmans unit failed with the same problem at just over 1 year old. When I complained to Goodmans, I discovered that they are really Alba Radio Ltd. The moral of this story is DON'T BUY anything made by Alba Radio, even if it is badged Goodmans.
