I had a very bad experience with these guys. On the moving day, they came to my place and gave me a shocker by estimating that I will have to shell out more than 33% extra money than the estimate. I got a job a Paint Horse Stables thinking it would be an awesome experience and a long term horse job and excellent learning experience about working in the horse world. An FYI for anyone dealing with this group. I called the 888-321-9861 CS number and did the following. I wouldn't take no for an answer, I needed the money refunded to my bank account. The guy just kept reiterating the 14 day policy, and told him politely I wasn't going to argue with him, so if he couldn't help me to send me to someone who would. Rapidshare premium service is horrible. When I first joined they had 25gb for 5 days then they increased it to 10gb a day, which was great. But at the end of October, it's been reduced to 2.7gb a day and they still charge you the same price. They claim that this is an improvement!
