I ordered their trial tooth whitening product. I too had $88.99 taken out of my account a couple of weeks later. I called them and got the same run around others on this site got. I've called my bank and I am reporting them to the CA Attorney General, the BBB for the Glendale area and also to Crest and Oral-B products owned by Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. The Culinary Rebates offered on this website require you to send your receipts from any online order on Kitchen stuff.. and then the rebates are processed by this company no matter where you buy from.. they just need the receipts.. I used this company to conduct a move for me and had some damage. The owner said he would take care of the matter and I sent him all the required paperwork. At no time did he ever call me to let me know what was going on, I had to call him each and every time. After three months of getting the brush off I contacted the Attorney Generals Office of Vermont and the guy even blew them off. I have to almost keep the remote in my hand while watching TV to escape screaming Billy Mayes. He is on almost every channel and the volume button has no effect, it takes the mute or channel being changed. I am so sick of this that I am considering going to Direct TV with the DVR in order to avoid commercials altogether. In brief, I purchased a bed on my Coop credit card on 15th August 2007. On the 17th August 2007 I reported the bed as being faulty. I had overpaid on dental work in 12/2006 and could not get a refund for almost 2 years. Kept getting the run around on calling corporate which apparently does not exist.
