This firm keep sending me spam emails and "newsletters", despite the fact that I've never registered with their site or bought anything from them. I've sent several emails explaining that someone else must have given them my email address, but I'm still getting junk from them. A young man came to the door claiming to be a college student trying to earn money for his baseball team and "lived down the street". This Veteran's Hospital is a big joke. They only have ONE phone extension to contact your doctor and only ONE extension for the pharmacy. Everybody who works at this hospital seems to be under the impression that they have ultimate power over the veterans, which is obvious by the way the veterans are treated by the VA staff. If you want to talk to your doctor, you will be put on hold for (sometimes) up to 45 minutes or more - the same is true if you're trying to reach the pharmacy. I totally agree with how horrible this company is. I applied not too long ago and was approved, but the orientation video was not working. I write then NO RESPONSE. Here I am a week later trying yet again since I was trying daily and now all of a sudden they are not hiring. STILL NO RESPONSE from them. This is NOT how you run a business. on the 13th of nov 2008, after already having 2 engineers call to do repairs to my washing machine, the engineer did not put the parts back together properly, thus leaving a paddle inside the drum of the machine coming off damaging items of clothing and bedding to the value of £300, the engineer came and addmited that it was the machine that caused the damage to the items, he once again fixed the machine, noted down on his computer that the machine was responsable for the damage, i have phoned the customer service dept several time... read full review »

We attended a meeting 11/13/08 in Salem, OR to hear the speel about this company. They offered us a membership to this travel club for: 1 time fee of $6, 995 plus document fee of $495 and an annual fee of $199.95. Last year I canceled my phone plan with Telus t sign up for a 3 year contract with Bell. So far, I have had nothing but trouble with my phone. Not only did my blackberry break (which I still haven't received a replacement for, its been over 60 days), but the customer service I received was incredibly terrible. This company is the WORST!! They called us acting like they were already our credit card paper suppliers and tricked us into working with them. We are a small business so when we bought our paper, it was a month or two after receiving it before we needed it. I was working for this company doing liquor demos and they had a big contract with Dominicks and they continued to string me along about my pay. I worked with them on a constant basis, doing at least three demos per week. I did not recieve my pay for five demos and they started screening the calls and soon after they just disappeared. Everything seemed fine until after my pickup. I moved across the country and could not reach the company for one month. All phone numbers either disconnected or no answer. Finally got a call for delivery on a Sunday night at 9PM and the horrible rude german man wanted thousands in CASH. He showed up the next day with 4 mexican workers to unload who did not speak english. Almost drove off without unloading until I called police.
