This company is the biggest waste of time and money. I hoped to get a better price by not choosing an attorney. Big mistake. 8 months and not a word from these guys. I have had this savings account with ING without much incident for years. Yesterday (11/17/08) I called to link up a new checking account with this account. I was asked 4 security questions (not the ones I set up but ones based on information they pull from public records such as your credit report). 2 of the 4 question were regarding people I did not know. I have been double billed by this service for 7 months. I cancelled the service in October and I am still being billed. I have faxed the proof of double billing 3 times and I have been on the phone countless times. I am actually on hold for 30 minutes as I am typing trying to get a supervisor on the phone. We hired this contractor to build our medical office, he gave us the estimate, and we signed the contract. It seems as though he never did a commercial job before and really didi'nt know what to do. It seems once you've paid for an item, being unfortunate enough to receive it in any state at all, is all that Sklar Pepplar / Alberta home interiors needs to wash their hands of the transaction. Recommend to ALL that terms of full payment should be conditional, based on receiving product not in a damaged or incomplete state and certainly not for a 'promise' that the factory will ship out replacements ASAP. I would like to share my experience with this supposedly "management" company. It is so sad that such nice apartments are not taken care of. I have no complaint about the apartments itself. There are three managers and a secretary in charge of the King Plaza apartments. The female, Nelly, is so rude and disrespectful! In a recent issue of Readers Digest on Page 136 under the heading DEALS you listed a website to purchase broadway tickets for discounted prices. I used that website and purchased tickets to the Lion King. I paid $200.oo for two tickets plus $52.00 in fees. The tickets I received were not good seats and were worth only $66.50 each. I bought 7 hampton bay ceiling fans with remotes. I have 2 remotes that are working but the displays are only half lit. so you can not tell what is happening. Hampton bay has a lifetime limited warranty and I don't know if that covers the hampton bay remotes. I have not tried to take them back to Home Depot because I no longer have the bill of sale since the builder put them in I do have the operating booklets The models are Callaway II But my concern is the remotes. This visa card is a joke. I have 6 cards 1 that I can't spend the balance on because they say I have a permentant card which I know I don't have. They take $2.00 everytime I talk to a person. I still can't spend the balance and I guess they will take $4.95 each month till they use all this money. I have never seen such a scam in all my life.
