James Cox, owner of Seven Design Studios refuses to pay on a Judgement awarded against him. This was for a software program that he never completed for a client. A Judge in Butte County Superior Court awarded his client over 5700 dollars to be paid by James, which he refuses to do. This was awarded over a year ago. Anyone who is considering hiring Mr Cox for any of his services should strongly reconsider. He has had numerous complaints against him. Dreamwater Spas, never heard of them the company that's because they use to go by another name Infinity Spas. David Hatley is still running the show and things are worse then ever. This company does not pay it's distributors, oh wait they do send you check but they will be bad one. Rhino Engines is an ultimate dishonest company. They sold me a 1.8L toyota engine saying it was in California and would ship right away and be delivered to me in about 5 working days. I purchased a pre construction condo from BAY View Grand(BVG) Developers in Puerto Vallarta Mexico over 2 years ago. About 1 year ago BVG has been sued by the Hotel Association in Puerto Vallarta for obtaining an illegal building permit and building a High Rise Condo complex that went against the building codes. I too check my bank account daily for transactions. This charge for $12.99 was there with the phone number and the company name of TLGreatfun. I had no idea where it came from. After calling them I found out that it came from an online purchase I made a month ago. They had obtained my credit card info and applied this fee stating that I had authorized them to do so.
