I sent Marc a deposit months in advance to rent an apartment in Peter Cooper Village for my Irish relatives coming to NYC for my wedding. The day they were supposed to arrive I recieved an email from Marc claiming the people in the apt. got sick and were extending their stay. He claimed he had other apts for me but was away in his cabin in NC. He sent emails but refused to call saying he had no phone access, yet he could get internet access. I got this deal i thought for a diet tea from WU Yi Tea just send you free box to try out just shipping and handling. Next thing i knew i was billed twice 59.95 and a 9.95 and a 4.95. I purchased my 2006 Kia Sedona from this business. Over the last year the car has completely lost power/acceleration while driving. Twice this occurred while on the freeway. The problems began at just over 20, 000 miles and the car is currently at 45, 000. This malfunction is obviously quite dangerous; luckily no one has been injured, yet. sKY have been paid direct by my LLoyds Bank Debit card the full outstanding amount of 51pounds and 35p which was the oiutstanding balance due after I closed my account on 15th August 2008. This was taken from my account on 07November 2008. As I am now residing in the USA for the next 2 years this is very disturbing that Sky can still badger me even after I have cleared and closed my account in August. I think this is an absolute disgrace that the company cannot check their records BEFORE sending letters refering my good name to a debt collection agency. I bought a poster on 8/24 on Ebay. Payment was sent for 9.99 via paypal. despite numerous emails back and forth I have not recieved any posters or refunds. The last email stated that the original shipment was damaged and I would now recieve two posters for my "inconvenience". I gave them two more poster catalog numbers and again have yet to recieve anything. The home website makes if very hard to determine where they are located but I believe it is California. Update: Amanda was picked up by the Boston Police and sent to jail for writing bad checks. She was in jail for 60 days when another judge dropped her bail from $30, 000 to $5, 000. She was released and failed to appear at her next court date and a warrant was issued. She is probably in NC or Florida going by Amanda Sullivan, Renee Sullivan or Amanda Sullivan Gately.
