I wish to cancel the order of Accai Berry Power 500 as of today 2nd Dec 2008.
I have been attempting to call and cancel the order which you made on my behalf on the bogas number that you have submitted on your website with no success (1 877 350 8480). I received the free trial after the 14 day free period expired hence I could not trial your product and respond to you in the allocated time. On your disclosure you suggest to allow a period of 4-6 days for delivery. I do not want my card charged the further $89.91 and do not wish for any further products to be sent to me.

I have had this credit card since approximately 2002. I used it in 2002/2003 to move back to my home in Seattle from South Dakota. Since then, I have made regular payments, at least the minimum, but the majority of payments have been above the minimum.
Today I received a letter from them saying that my card has been terminated. I still owe $1, 528.00 (thanks to their exhorbitant interest rate and charges.) I have had this account since 1997 never missed a payment, until recently I felled on hard times and now can only make minimum amount whereas before always submitted double. As a result my credit limit has been slashed to less than half. This company is deserves to be ran off the market of trading. This bank holds the finances of another account which also has been lowered as well.
When the opportunity presents itself I will finalize all business contacts with them. And NEVER enter into any future transactions. STEER CLEAR! SCAMMERS! read full review »

Stay away from this place!!! I've been to quite a few applebees and this is by far the worse. The waitresses are slow and rude. The management could care less and the food was cold. If I am going to pay for something I expect it to be worth it. All my Applebees experiences haven't been the greatest but this by far takes the cake. I wouldn't even keep going back if i wasn't such a sucker for the Fiesta Chicken.

For the second time in less than 6 weeks upon clicking on BUY to make a music purchase using my iTunes credit account I have not received the music. Instead I am asked to consent to their new purchase agreement and try my download again at which time Apple deducts another $.99 +plus tax from my account. When I contacted them ONLY by email they told me to check my history, which I had already done and told me my account was just being upgraded. I will not be purchasing any more of their gift cards for myself or as gifts to others. read full review »

I went to Radio Shack on black friday to get the new Knight Rider GPS. Did'nt see any on the shelf when I asked the clerk said they had #1 in the stockroom when he brought it out and put it on the counter to ring it up noticed the security seal had been opened. The clerk said they had opened it up to see if it sounded like KITT in the original Night Rider show then showed me the GPS was in the box. Travel from Baltimore to NY on 11/30. Train had no working bathroom in the first 2 cars maybe at the back of the third car and was not an Amtrak Train, It was a New Jersey Transit Commuter train that we travelled on for 3 hours and 55 minutes. The traiun had short seats with no real leg room and a terrible odor that kept coming through the vents. It was bad enough when we got to the platform the trains all seemed suspended over head until we realized that this was not a normal platform you had to step up at least 3 feet to climb onto the first... read full review »

I oredered the wu-yi weight loss program and since then this other company has been taking my money with out me ordering anything a total of about $30 over the last two months. if you call your bank you can get a eight hundered number you call it and it says to go to their website between 9-5 mountian time to talk to some one the website does not exest so you just get screwed. read full review »

My son went online with my credit card and went into a free website (or that is what it said) I just got my visa bill and there are six billing charges which were never ordered and the names of the companies are NVCHARGE, NEWVENT LTD. for a total of $157.46 Canadian funds. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them as their 1-888 does not work for Canada and I wish to have my money reinstated to my Visa account. With a van-load of kids, I stopped by the local LJS and ordered a family value meal with 8 chicken planks. We waited FOREVER to get our meal (about 30 minutes in the drive-thru). I made the mistake of not checking the order before heading home. Got home to discover that there was no chicken in our order but 8 pieces of fish instead. Not one of the kids likes fish! I have never been scammed before, but it seems I've been had. On October 20, 2008, a friendly door to door salesman was in my neighborhood with legitimate brochures and purchse agreement receiptsclaiming to be a college student trying to raise money for his next semester's tuition. I booked a motel in Kansas City. Everything went well other than the Hotel was a pump and we got a room that had water damage. When we asked to be moved we got another room but the only thing was the room was dirty and in poor repair. I put on the reservation that I had small children. Then a few weeks after the trip we started getting billed for a membership into great fun. The bill was automatic on the card we used to book a reservation. my car- 2002 Rav4, vin # JTEGH2OV52005571. I took this vehicle to Desert Toyota in Tucson, Az on 6/27/08 for a specific problem of harsh shifting. I didn't have the TSB # TC002-06 at that time. The computer diagnostic came out with a code of P0755, the same code as the above referenced TSB. I was told there were no recalls, etc for my vehicle. And that it would cost me thousands of dollars to fix that problem- was perfectly O.K. to keep on driving the vehicle that way.

I haven't gotten the addtional email from Angel Stevens, all the info you get is to set up a website for selling. I ordered a "Free Trial" of Acai Berry pills from which I saw on Rachael Ray, I placed the order, and less then 2 weeks later a $29.95 charge from Fit-Fac.com was on my bank statement. This was NEVER disclosed in the ordering process, the only charge I was aware of was the $3.95 shipping. I did get the refund, but after on the phone with customer service trying to scam me is saying I was disclosed this information when purchasing the product! I continually call the company at the 888-692-8352 and they say something stupid like "your wait time will be 118 minutes"...thus, I can not get them to stop billing me. He said that the timeshare would rent the property if we weren't able to go. He also said that the Resort would sell the property anytime we requested.
