I recently bought a pair of Faded Glory stretch jeans at Wal-Mart. Before I left the store I noticed the zipper was broke and just exchanged them. Now, more than a month later; the zipper on my exchanged pair is broke. I want my money back, but since it has been so long, and these have been worn and washed several times; I don't see this as a possibility. As a travel agent I booked tickets for two of my pax thru the website. Due to the airport closure in Bangkok Airport the pax missed their international flight to Thailand. I had a house built by the above company. After the house was built there was a clause in the contract that any snags would be addressed by the builder.
