I saw an info commercial for Natural Relief, women's hormone support, for a free trial. I sent for a free trial paying, what they called, the shipping fee. Called by Mary at Southern Star Merchant services for signing up for VISA machine to use with our business. Stated that it would be 6 mos. free and if we didn't like it we could return machine without any problems. I submitted for a free trial to Natural Relief and when doing so they signed me up to Le*Life without my knowledge. I don't even know what Le*Life is. They took $69.00 out of my bank account. I called the 1800 number but it doesn't give you and option to talk with a life person. Got a remote start put in in september 2008. We had these windows installed in our new home less than a year ago, they leak, are drafting, falling apart and warping. We conctacted there unfriendly, very rude customer service out of New Jersey and got no where. We have had to chaulk our windows shut to stop any further water damage to our walls, wood floors and or carpet.
