I called Ahead Nero tech support and was notified that it would cost me $1.29 per minute of service. I was charged $71.00, which equals 55+ minutes. I was on for less that 10 minutes. I took the trial offer for $4.95 on 10/28/08. Then a charge appeared on my bank statement on 11/17/08 for $39.95. Now I have a charge for $44.90 on 12/03/08. Have had very poor service from Fitzsimmons. Have been cut-off by their drivers several times; had my car towed by them at the request of a snow removal company, when asked why they charged so much to return my car, I was refused a price breakdown; front-end of friend's car was damaged by Fitzsimmons when he had them to it to a garage for him.
