We requested a Logo design and when it was received (let me tell you)... our company name was spelled WRONG and we then decided that we did not want any revisions or corrections, just our MONEY back, they refuse to refund us via pay pal and told us that we had to wait 10 business days to get our money and now that has come and gone and we still don't have our money back. In septemeber of 2008 I recieved a reward660 visa card. I have made all of my payments on time and everything. Last night I tried to use my card and it was declined! Calling customer service was of no help as they were closed! I called first thing this morning to find out that my account was being transferred to another bank and I would not be able to use my card until I got my new one in the mail. I have expierenced a crack in the rear door of my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer, I went to the dealership and spoke with the service manager, he said that there have been several complaints do to the stress of exspansion and contraction and it isn't covered by the company..
