You have to call the sales department to speak to someone. I was then billed again. I called them back and spoke with the same person (Bill). After my cat developed an abscessed tooth earlier this year and needed veterinary care, I took her in to see the vet. She required anesthesia and a tooth extraction. I saw an offer on AOL homepage about Acai Berry and a Colon cleaner with this women telling her great story.
