this is 1 of 4 charges I have on my credit card for a product I ordered on the internet. A product which I still have not received after a month. Now I have 4 charges from apparently 4 different companies, but are all related because when you call the number it is the same voice recording for all. Except this company number is not working...convenient. This charge is 78.84 and supposedly because I didn't call and cancel within 7-14 days. Tried to make reservations to stay there. Bad phone and fax numbers listed on their website. Email address bounced emails back to me. When I finally got through to them, the owners were stunningly rude. It's rare to find people so unpleasant who run a campground, since camping is all about family, friendliness and having fun. So they sent it to NCO Financial Services Inc. who got a hold of me and was so rude and mean, I never paid the bill right away. I have 2 Parakeet walkers from Planet Mobility. We like the walkers, but they came with missing parts. I have called for the past 2 months for the parts, and they promise to send them. So far, they haven't arrived. The second walker also arrived with no receipt or shipping papers. It was just packaged in a box. Their service is terrible.
