These people treat their customers AND staff awful! Items are never in stock even though the shelves and racks are filled to the max with the same old cheap stuff day after day. My husband bought this vacuum 2 years ago, I had asked him to return it 1 month later and he did not. I have carpet and floors that i tried this vacuum on, it only picks up dust, on the floor does not brush the edges of the wall like it says, and it wont even pick up a french fry. I have automatic payments set-up for my pier one account and this past month there was a problem on behalf of my bank, wamu. I went in the store to buy a leash for my dog and one of the women yelled at me for not closing one of the gates fast enough.When I returned to look for sunglasses I thought I left in the store, she actually screamed at me, completely unprovoked. Do not buy this dishwasher. We purchased a new one in 2006 and it has had many repairs (parts replacements) since then. The repairs have been free so far even after waranty expiration date however that's due to parts issues. Apparently when I ordered something online back in Sept. I was enrolled for a free 30 day trial for Great Fun without knowing it. JC Penney payment has always been due the 3rd of the Month. I have automatic payment sent without issues until they change the date to the 27th of the same month. Two payments in one month?
