I went online to check my account balance and history of my debit card and I noticed $19.95 taken off my debit card from Valuemax on 12/13/08.I called my debit card company twice to figure it out. I called Westgate Resorts and told them that I would not be able to go. Reason being is because they cut hours at my job, and I did not know what or when they would pick up. This company, run by Doug Wilhite, has sold thousands of vacations, travel, etc. and probably has not booked 25% of them. I have three friends along with my own experiences, and we are no longer able to complete bookings, communications (with some positive goals) and problems with third party companies. I purchased a 50 inch Plasma Philips 1080 TV 24 months ago. Loved it, was very loyal to the company name and product line. Not anymore. OK, we went to the Sears Outlet store in Franklin Mills, PA and bought a new range. It was a few hours from home, but we thought that Sears was a national store and that if there was a problem with it, we could return it locally. The price was OK, not great. I rented a system from Turning Technologies thinking that TurningPoint was a reliable service. The system provides real-time feedback from people in a business meeting. Well, the technician they sent was nice, but didn't really know his product. The worst part was that during the meeting the system would not work. Thought I signed up for the one annual free credit report. Next month I receive a bill from my credit card company with a MONTHLY service charge of $21.90 from CIC. CIC claims that when you sign up for the FREE credit report you are also consenting for them to charge you monthly for their services. When asked what their services are, they did not know!!! I didn't read all of the fine print I guess and found out the next month that I had signed up for a monthly subscription after finding a $56.95 charge on my account.
