I am very appalled at the customer service, Peak 5 FlatIron displayed today when I called to set up payment. I have been a responsible and steady cleint when it came to paying my car loan payments. Then I suddenly experienced financial hardships and they deferred my account to resolve my account in the rear. This company stole my home i am a single parent of two. I had a non fixed interest only mortgage at 2300.00$ a month for two whole years and nothing touched the principle. I tried to refinance to get out of this nightmare loan but the value of my home dropped by 40% So there was no room to get out of it. In December of 2006, right around Christmas, our sump pump quit and we had about two inches of water in our basement. We hired Snake and Rooter to come out and fix it. As it turns out, the cord to the sump pump had wrapped itself around the pump and prevented it from working. The plumber from Snake & Rooter told us that the pump still worked and mentioned that now would be a good time to replace the pump as you never know when it will go bad. Water/moisture got into the computer board which was replaced before I washed the first load.
