We ordered furniture in September and were told 6-8 weeks. We did not get a call about the furniture being ready for pick-up until 16 weeks and when we tried to speak with a manager about our previous calls to check on the furniture we never received any return calls. We then did not have furniture over the holidays and had company to entertain. We then asked to have it delivered instead of pick up due to the circumstances and we were charged an additional $215.00 for the delivery. We already paid over $3000.00 for the furniture. I would like to complain about the inappropriate TV programme shown on ITV tonight at 7.20pm called Demons. How anyone thinks that it would be considered "family viewing" is beyond me. If programmes like this must be aired then surely they need to be after the watershed. I have 2 children who were very frightened by the adverts for this programme (which were also shown pre watershed). Sort yourselves out ITV & put on something which isn't going to give us all nightmares. read full review »

Here's 2 of the biggest scam artists on the planet. They are a husband-wife team. Dan Clifford who claims to be a writer and owner of Sun Rays, and his wife Rose Clifford, RN, LNC, who operates a number of scam operations which target nurses and legal nurse consultants to sell them "Internships" at her farm in Kentucky. I have recently purchased SIMS 2. I was really disappointed and embarrassed about the fact you can't chose the sexuality of the Sim. I let my friend play on it and suddenly realised he couldn't actually make a computer version of himself. I don't tend to get annoyed by many things and think that political correctness has become ridiculous. I realized as soon as I ordered that this was a rip-off and called and canceled. They assured me that it would be cancelled. Received the sample on the 23rd of Dec. - 15 days after I canceled. Tried calling but was unable to get through. Credit card was also billed that day for $89 + exchange! Called again and got through on the 31. Was told that they would not reverse charges as they did not have a record of my calling them. They did say they had now canceled my account. I ordered the *free* trial offer of Acai Berry Blast that showed up in a brown package with just my address and the pill bottle inside with no information. I was completly unsatisfied with the product that was supposed to give you energy and help you lose weight.
When I called to cancel no one answered the phone, it kept routing me from line to line with no answer. I engaged this company in hope to get assistance with a loan modification with my mortgage company. The company seemed to want to help but when after I expressed my skepticism, the representative became very defensive and rude with me. He asked if I was some sort of idiot. I simply called to cancel my request for services. I never signed any contract with them I only spoke with them on the phone. DO NOT BUY NESTLE COFFEE-MATE CREAMER!!! Anyone using Nestle Coffee-Mate creamer, BEWARE! After purchasing French vanilla and Hazelnut, I found the flavors to be different - not very good at all. I communicated this with the company, who informed me that "formula" changes were made to "balance the ingredients." No one bothered doing a taste test. Their response was that they were "trying to resolve the problem."

Refine360 is a SCAM!! Be aware. I purchased a $1500 laser refirm package. I went in for my appointment and the company had left! They moved out without a word! Their property manager doesn't even know where they are. Refine360 owes money for their store rent and they just skipped outta town. No one knows where they are. Purchased a g1 for christmas gift and phone could not be activated until 1/2/09
Called on 1/2/09 and was told it could take 24 hours to activate phone.
Called on 1/3/09 and was given many reasons why phone wouldn't activate and after 3 hours and many people, we decided to send phone back and not extend our contract . We were told grace period had ezpired and there was nothing they could do. Kim the manager actually hung up on me.
Phone was never activated and never used and we were never told about grace
period . This is not our fault and we should not be penalized because, they couldn't activate phone.

Had promotional free advertisement for $2.97 one month supply to try. They sent me and charged me more than a months supply and automatically charged my account for another month supply. This company owes me $120.00 in credit as I returned all product from the free sample I received. They charged me the second delivery and never sent it. I mailed them their product with a return post card receipt on Nov. 3 2008 as today is 1-3-09 (3 months later) and still have not received a credit to my account.
