Our community hired Palm Pools to provide pool service and lifeguards for the 2008 pool season. On the first day the pool was meant to be open, no lifeguard showed up. We notified the company and it took two days to get us a new guard. The replacement guard was consistently 2-3 hours late to open the pool and failed to clean it. food is of sub standard quality, items advertised on menu do not actually get brought out on the plate and no extra replacement or expalnation. The children's meals are extremley poor value and the side portions consist of baked beans (eight and toamato juice) and munch crunch veg (two strips of cucumber, 2 grapes, no carrott as advertised). Chips are often burnt and the mashed potato comes in one hard lump and can quite easily cause young children to choke as it did mine. It is outrageous that our local Dunkin Donuts in Damariscotta Maine has decided to raise the Senior Citizen discount age from 55 to 65. The availability of this discount was a breath of fresh air in the current economic environment. DD’s was a place where people ages 60-62 could go have coffee and breakfast at a reasonable price. After contracting American Craftsman Pools and Spas, spring maintenance was performed on my new spa. The maintenance person left his keys on the spa cover while talking on his cell phone, as he was flipping over one half of the cover to clean the spa. I work nights so I wanted an early install so I can find a baby sitter and get some sleep. When I called to complain my sales man wanted to fight me and called me a lair.
