Ultramar doesn't install to TSSA (technical stadards and safety association) standards. Ultramar installed an external oil tank to the side of my house, boring a hole through solid rock foundation without strapping the tank. Result, tank sunk 12 inches but the pipe didn't causing the 3 inch pipe to support the weight of the oil and tank, and thus leaking. Lifted my 1994 Corvette to repair a tire. Position the jack in the wrong location and bent the undercarriage. Local store refuse to accept responsibility.
