ComEd sent a monthly bill for 11/22 - 12/22/09 increased $55. This is an outrage. The only excuse that ComEd has was that the furnace is kicking off more. This is a lame attempt to explain the unexplainable. Our furnace is new and efficient and has already saved us an average of $100 a month during the winter. OAN Services, Inc. in Clearwater, FL intentionally charged, in my name, without my authorization, USA Voicemail monthly fees to my AT&T phone bill for $13.92 a month for 21 months. I purchased two sets of eyeglasses at the above business. Unbeknownst to me, they opened up a Lenscrafters Account and charged part of my purchase to the account. Subsequently, they turned the bill over to GE Collections service, which was sending invoices to the wrong name and address. In addition, when my Social Security number is entered by GE, another person's name is shown.
