On Dec 4, 2008 i used My CC to buy a part from MRM racing under the owner Chung Lee. through e-bay. I was told everything was good, that i won the bid, and that pay pal would charge my card. I still have not either received a cancellation on the charge, or the part. We own a 2007 Dodge Caliber, love it, but I believe we have a safety hazard which the dealer refuses to take care of it because it doesn't occur when they have it in the shop. Bought R.V. from lazy days and had a warranty confirmation and date and time set up to get repair services. This bonding company completed a falsified report with numerous errors and was heavily biased toward contractor. HCC Surety does not want to be sued by the contractor so they create and file falsified report to protect contractor from liability. Homeowner does not have any recourse when dealing with a dishonest landscape contractor because these contractors are protected. ESBI somehow was able to place a bill on my Qwest phone bill of 14.95 for services which I did not request. When I called Qwest they said they could not advise me as to what to do so it appears they are somewhat to blame for this as their billings are so complicated I had to call them to figure this out.
