Very bad experiance with this photographer. My friends big day was almost ruined. The photographer is rude, she was overbearing to the extent of pushing people out of the way and upsetting guests. As well as other things the photographer then posted these private moments all over the internet despite an agreement that these pictures were personal and therefore could not be used for commercial use. To whom it may concern In March 2007 I made a large purchase of $13, 000 at Leisure Time Warehouse in Hampton NH. To make a long story short, I was scammed of $4995 – I never received a gazebo. Further, one item that was given to me was defective (a sauna), since the owner, Laine Chase, had stated that it was an indoor sauna, and I could put in outside, as he would build me a rubber roof. Dawn Marie or Platinum Mini Bulldogs is very unorganized. She will e-mail you picture after picture after picture until you leave your deposit...thats when the pictures stop. Once they get your money, she could really care less if you get a puppy or not. It seems like more frequent than not, another litter didnt make it. So then you wait and wait and wait some more. She has been hard to get a hold of at times for a week plus at a time. To me this is very unprofessional. Her excuses were family issues, but to me, you shouldnt ignore your customers, you should get someone else to take over. Insane how bad this company is. I bought a couch and leather ottoman from Boston Interiors(no problem with the furniture) but I bought the warranty for the ottoman b/c I figured that things happen to leather and people would have their feet on it all the time. Three months after buying it, I went to clean the ottoman with the stainsafe cleaner...which went fine. But, when I went to condition it there was a white residue left on the dark brown leather. The quality of their drop card is horrible. It looks as they printed it on a desktop inkjet printer. They are cheaper than most other places, but the drop cards make a bad first impression. i contacted them to resolve or replace the drop cards, byt they have never replied. I just reviewed my bank statement and saw a charge on there for 29.99. I looking a little closer at the charge I could not figure out what it was for. I also noticed that the charge was used under my debit card. This card has not been used in over 6 months. How they got my name and card number is beyond me. I have to wait now to try and talk with them on Monday and I will have to wait until Tuesday to talk with my bank since Monday is a holiday. We bought our new home in June 2007 and needed blinds...then we made a huge mistake. We went to LOWES!! Since then we have been working to complete our blind order. These employers interviewed me in Oct for a seasonal job managing 15 employees and selling Christmas Ornaments in a local mall at a kiosk. They guaranteed me a salary and implied what my bonus would be. The bonus was less than 1/3 of what they implied. I feel they enticed me with this bonus amount in order for me to accept the job. They also took an extra $400 plus from my bonus indicating I was short on hours. This was NOT true and because they did not bring in the volume they anticipated, they took money from me. Serra Chevrolet told me one price of my truck with my tradein. They in turn got $1500 down and $500 rebate then charged me over $3, 000 for gap disability life insurance that gap said I was not eligable for. They also added the payoff on my truck to the financed amount and that wasn't the agreement. I was told from Gap that I paid too much for my new truck leaving me a balance of over $6, 000 on my stolen truck. Ordered a "free sample", supposedly paying only shipping. Then fould our that I had 14 days from original ship date to cancel or would be charged $78.81 and get another charge each month for 78.81. There were no obvious statements when placing trial sample that this was an on-going program.
