The site was easy enough to navigate, the ordering process was easy and straightforward, and I received my order quickly and in perfect condition. Utterly identical to CyberGiftCenter and 4Compu, they don't allow any contact except by email. I emailed them one day after ordering to request a shipping address change. No response. This company presented itself as a legitimate (but fake) message that popped up as a regular part of my McAfree virus scan. It told me I had Spyware on my computer and that I was not fully protected because I did not have the most recent version of spyguard 2008. It even showed inside my McAfee Security Center. I allowed it to scan my system. It then informed me I had multiple spyware and a trojan and needed to download the full version to remove them. I paid $49.95 for the full version on 1-12-09. I was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!!
