I purchased a case, the El Diablo from NewEgg. It shipped with what I believe was a manufacture defect. The fan blade on the large 36mm fan had what looked like a flaw in the plastic the fan was made out of. Lke there was an interuption in the molding process when the fan was made. As so many others, I ordered the product My Colon MCR Remedy and received the bottle almost three weeks after ordering (once ordered they state you have 15 days to cancel or they continue sending it...I didn't have the product yet, and they charged my checking account for another bottle for over $70.00. I joined this company back in 2005. In 2006 I believe they called me only once and offered something that i couldn't possibly take. I am so glad I found this website to confirm the horrible experience I had with LD Automotive. Ordered a DVD set just after Christmas. Received email confirmation of my order from Storefantastic.com. They took the money from my checking account immediately but I have never received the product. I have sent at least 5 or 6 different emails requesting a tracking number of some sort or status of my order. I received no response to any of my emails. In 1999 I bought components from Aberdeen. In order to return a defective part, I was given an RMA number, I had to buy a replacement, and I wait for credit. I had to dispute a credit card charge in order to get the credit (took over 2 months). In 2006 I bought some memory chips from Aberdeen. It was the first items I bought for a new system, and among the last to be delivered. Their prices were higher than average, and I bought because they agreed to match another vendor's price. A month ago we bought a water softener and water filtration system. Our water is bad and we felt we needed to do this. I placed an order for 200 DVD+R's from them on Sept 23rd and had them in my hands by the 27th. I chose cheapest shipping method. They send emails immediately with pertinant information about the sale and it's progress. They immediately respond to emails regarding your order. Was looking to get a Whirlpool AP450 Air Purifier as it was recommended by Consumer Reports and found this place to be the cheapest on the Internet. Beat out Amazon by like $50 or so even. I was going to place the order and found it the same price as the AP510 which had another fan speed, electronic controls, and a sleep mode (was also almost $80 cheaper than Amazon). They very conveniently stamp their receipts "No Refunds, Exchanges Only within 5 Days, NO EXCHANGES ON BROKEN TOYS" and sell at kiosks during the holiday rush. Of course, if you are giving their toys as a gift, you can't try it out. Surprisingly, they don't work, and the day after Christmas, the kiosks are gone and you are left with toys that never worked.
