This company sells fake Ugg Boots, but advertises them as authentic. They say they are located in US, but they are in China. After a month of constantly emailing them, they finally allowed me to return my boots, gave me instructions on how to do so, and said I would get a full refund. But now they will NOT refund my money. The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I ordered the Acai body cleanse online at the same time I ordered the Acai Berry supplements. Each was a free sample offer with only shipping cost of $4.95. I finally received the Acai Berry supplements after about 2 weeks and my bank account was debited $69.00 after the initial $4.95 for shipping. Hi, Dreadful awful service. I bought an expensive motherboard and it turned out to be faulty, I returned it and was eventually told that the damage must have been my fault (it wasn't) and that I had to pay the £50+VAT repair charge. I refused and had to send many emails quoting the law to them (they seem completely ignorant of the law regarding long distance purchases) before getting a refund of the purchase price. I'm now trying to get the cost of returning the board to them back (Trading Standards confirm I am entitled to this) and am shortly to make an offical complaint. MB digital Underground has used electronic checks to remove money from two different checking accounts of mine. One check had my son's name on it (he and I are both owners of that checking account) with some odd address in Plainfield, Wisconsin. We live in Columbus, Ohio. I recently ordered a 1.33 GHz iBook G4. Found them via Google Shopping and saw they had the best non-eBay price on a machine. Order was processed and shipped within 24 hours, and arrived in the condition described. 24 hours later, I've checked out just about everything and I'm very happy with the machine. The information on the "My Account" page of their site doesn't update very often, and one of the phone numbers on the site (800 number in the invoice) is wrong. I placed an order for a machine on June 9, 2008 and "due to heavy volume" did not receive it until the end of July. Right out of the box there were issues. The unit would not boot. My old Kenmore Dryer broke so I needed a used dryer. I went to Accord Appliance on Roscoe and purchased a slightly used Kenmore dryer. Mark/Mike the owner was supposed to deliver it at 8pm the following day. He NEVER showed up to deliver my appliance! I called three times to confirm the appointment and he never returned my calls.
