I placed an order with mrculpepper in December, 2008. My bank account was charged, but I never received the parts that I ordered. My phone calls and emails go unanswered, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce says that there is no business by that name at the address shown on www.mrculpepper.com. A search on the internet reveals that a huge amount of people have been ripped off by this bogus scam! This is a monthly publication, sent by 1st Class mail. Until October 2008 it had been taking WEEKS for the publication to arrive. Now there has been NO delivery since October 2008. I know that issues have been mailed but they have not gotten to Palmer Lake, CO 80133-0994. The local P.O. folks have not received the newsletter; I have asked and they are aware of the publication. This has been the worst banking experience. I requested to close my FCNR account and withdraw the funds as I needed the money to buy a property. It's been 2 months and these guys have not released my funds yet citing one reason or the other. I called a cab the other night. The driver was extremely rude. As I got out of the cab I dropped my wallet on the seat. I realized this instantly and tried to flag him back. i got a $500 gas redemption from the dealership for the purchase of gas each month. All i had to do was submit my receipts for $100 each month from a gas station I was to select. Not only does this company deceave with fine print about withdrawing money, they also keep sending you this over priced product until you call and cancel. The 15 days from the time they ship is not enough time to try the product, and if you arnt paying attention, next thing you know, there is a withdrawl from your bank.
