Purnima Thakran, MD, Ph.D.
Sauce Monster January 26, 2009
Mrs. Thakran is a very negligent person. She is a person who cares more about getting as many patients in as possible rather than taking her time to adequately address the needs of every patient. In my case, I used to take my elderly grandmother to Thakran's office until I discovered that she was impatient with her, some of the regular comments she would make were "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO EXPLAIN THAT TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER?!" in an angry tone, or " Why did you go to the hospital? Dont you know that it's people like you... read full review »

Loud "N Clear
sam c. brock January 26, 2009
I tried many times to give my correct address to this outfit. Everything was fine except that it would not except my space number in the mobile home park I reside in. What was submitted was minus this info and there is around 150 units. I tried and tried to no avail to get their faulty website to accept this. I then called and was told that due to a large response you have to try again another day and it disconnects you (after a voice tells you that you are going to be disconnected). So, after paying almost $40.00 for a $19.95 piece of... read full review »

I love the manager of this Dunkin Donuts!! She if very sweet!! The donuts and coffee are always very fresh!! The place is always very clean, and all the employees are clean and nice when I go there!! BUT for about 2 weeks in the month of January 2009 she was working without heat...it was in the teens temperture wise. The police department even reported this information for her. Her boss in Williamsburg, Virginia promised to get her a new heater and it never showed up and then he stopped answering her phone calls!!! I tried to call and the phone line appeared dead. What's up with this??????? I feel this is also a health concern. Lori read full review »

I have done my own oil changes on my Honda Civic for a while but i just recently moved into an apartment and no longer have a work space to do it on my own any more. I took my car to Certified Tire in El Cajon to get my oil changed and they did a free inspection which came back with a huge list of things they said needs to be fixed on my car. I shake my head at them and said no thanks, just do my $15 oil change and i'm out of here. So they did it. The next time i brought my car in do get an oil change they did the same thing, a very... read full review »

Get Snuggie
Joe January 26, 2009
I also ordered from Get Snuggie (fleece blankets with sleeves). They advertise $19.95 + P&H of $7.95. They then have a series of upgrades and offers (additional blankets, thicker blankets, etc). I ordered a blanket for my mom and the final price ended up being $80. Only afterwards did I find out it would take 2-6 weeks. When I called the customer service line (800-663-8166), it's completely automated. It doesn't have any option to cancel. I was able to finally get a number with real representatives (800) 566-2888. Signature Marketing
Felix January 26, 2009
Signature Marketing added unauthorized charges to my phone bill. When I called they explained to me that a person name so and so entered my phone number for some kind of email server services and stated that they were authorized to use my phone # and that I gave permission - which I did not. I would sue both parties involved if someone could help. I did not authorize anyone to charge anything to my bill. I would sue the person who did it and the company for allowing it and telling me they could not refund my money. After researching... read full review »

Vanessa January 26, 2009
I purchased a car from this company in Jan of 2004. My car payments are $370.00 a month and there has literally not been a single month that I have paid on this car and actually had it run correctly. When I bought it they gave me a three week warranty, within the first three weeks of owning it I had a local company (Auto Inspector) check out the car for anything and everything that could be wrong. They gave me a list that estimated about $1, 100 worth in work that needed to be done in order for this car to even pass inspection. I took... read full review »

I ordered 2 Santa Letters to be sent to my grandchildren for Christmas. I do this every year but I have used different company's before. I ordered on the 5th of December plenty of time for the Letters to be sent. I paid $19.00 for them!! They never arrived until the 26th. which is too late to give to the children. To make things worse the kids both asked where are the Santa Letters? They are 4.5 and 7 years. I feel I should be compensated somehow, but they are on Vacation!! read full review »

We were tricked into signing a one page contract by an agent. I cannot remember how I came in touch with this company. I never benefitted from any of their services. I think this misfortune began with the order I have placed for some business cards long ago with vistaprint.com online somewhere in June 2008. It was one-off purchase and all transactions were settled. But when I checked my Barclays bank account today I was surprised to note that the SHOPPERDISCOUNTS.C REF 359 2227164800 BCC has been deducting a sum of £ 8.00 per month since then without consulting me. Please take action to persuade them to refund all the money they have deducted so far and cancel my account with them. read full review »

They set up their website so that people think they will be charged a monthly fee, or that you have 1 month free and can cancel at any time. If you follow their computer prompts to cancel within the time frame that they specify at their site, they will not cancel your membership. They know that many people will cancel rather quickly after using their service, so they take a year's worth of monthly fees out of your account the instant you sign up. When you see the $83.88 being automatically charged to your account, and call them, they say... read full review »

My husband found a listing on Craigslist that was pretty brief, but gave it a try anyway. They called him for an interview, he drove an hour to get there, and they couldn't really tell him what the job was about, other than fashion.
