I too failed to receive the e-statement from Chase Visa. I normally pay the charge on the day it is received which is about 3 weeks before due date with an e-check but no later than 2 weeks before due date. I had never incurred a late fee of any kind in my 65 years, and I have had a credit card since the 1960's when they mailed the card to you without asking. I am repeatedly getting messages from a number 88989 which I have not signed up for. I have twice sent back a message saying Stop All and Stop All Texts. Each time I receive these messages £1.50 has been taken from my "pay as you talk" credit. They have been sending messages in multiples of 3 so consequently I am losing all my credit. If you bought with them, check your paperwork.
