I have had my Chase Visa Credit card since 1995. As they say, do the math: 2009 - 1995 = 14 years. I bought the above mentioned item and have never used it. It is a portable power source (charger) which is to be kept in a 'charged state' to be used in case of emergency. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE UNIT DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE, THEREBY RENDERING IT A$100.00 DOOR STOP. I purchased the product after seeing the infomercial on TV and unfortunately didn't check for any complaints on line first. This product is awful. The fabric it is made of is so stiff and uncomfortable it is impossible to wear for any length of time. The stitching started to unravel on the first washing. However, we feel she was very deceptive and unclear about the procedures of determining inventory and quotes. A man who said he was the owner came to my house to take an 'inventory'. I had applied for a loan to go into my checking account overnight. I did not finish the application because I changed my mind. This loan was supposed to be at no charge except for monthly payments. Then I called the bank to confirm my unemployment check was deposited when they told me that USA credit had deducted 149.95 from my account to pay for a credit card I did not ask for or want. I have worked for Reliable Life Insurance for a year now. It's the biggest employment mistake I have ever made! I had worked my way up and was making very good money until the company decided to discontinue the sale of house insurance. Their right to do this, probably a good business decision. I couldnt reach anyone by phone so I faxed the cancellation over with all of my information as was instructed and it is 5mo later and still no refund.
