I had registered to volunteer abroad as a nurse. Two days later a family emegency came up and I will not be able to keep my committment on March 15, 2009. I emailed and requested a refund and was denied. in the literature it was stated that you could get a full refund as long as you requested one 60 days prior to your departure date. I signed up 55 days before my departure date. There was nothing in the literature about a refund on a reg istration if you registered 55 days AHEAD of departure. On November 23, 2007 i bought a 2000 pontiac trans am from the owner of city select motors. Two things happenend with this car. One, they gave me a 3000, 3 month warranty that they chose to not honor. the rear end had problems that were covered under warranty. We went to Real estate conference and received $250 gas certificate. I'm a healthy 32 year old mother of 2. I was seen by this OBGYN for a IUD replacement. The Dr. mentioned he would like to do some routine tests before the procedure to ensure I was healthy. Company charged 3.95 and 5.95 for Acai berry and colonix. Never shipped product till the 15 day trail was up. I called to cancel recieved cancellation number before 15 day trial ended. FMW still charged the 87.13 to my account. When calling to question about charge they stated they never charged and that it was not there company.
