In November, I paid Dallas County Auto to install an engine on my work truck. It took them 2weeks after it was only supposed to take them 3 days. I ordered and paid $207.66 via phone for the gas sending unit. I was never told I could not send it back if it did not fit. I waited 7 months for a dinette set. it was only supposed to take 8-12 weeks. In october I was told it would be in next month. next month turned into another 4 months. I signed up for a risk-free trial, "just pay shipping" the add said. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $87.13 for each bottle (Detox and cleanse). As it was recommended to take them together. What a farce. I called to cancel and did reach an opperator who said they would write up a credit request - but no credit has been received. I called again and was told that they can only make the request they don't actually do the credit. I asked for a supervisor and sat on hold indefinately. The petite African American manager is crazy. She has harassed me twice now. Both times saying that I am stealing things and denying me to leave until security escorts me out. Reference to the former complaint posted: there is some discrepancy with the actual dates of service submitted. It's imperative that the information be documented accurately and this was my typographical error. Long Beach Investments is renting out their properties with an illegal lease agreement. The lease is a month to month and they added in an addendum to the lease stating that if the tenant moves out before one year, the security deposit will not be refunded. This company has websites that advertise free grants. They have you sign up for a free trial for about $2 and then end up billing your visa card about $60 or more per month without telling you anything and you have to notice it on your bank statement.
