I purchased a travel package from Orbitz.com which included a Honolulu to Kona flight aboard Mesa Airlines subsidiary GO! Airlines. The GO! flight was cancelled as the pilots had "timed out", forcing me to purchase a full-price Hawaiian Airlines to get from Honolulu to Kona. Despite numerous E-mails and phone calls to "customer service" of Orbitz, Mesa, and GO!, I have yet to be reimbursed for the Hawaiian Airlines ticket. I took my Nissan SUV to VOB Nissan on Old Georgetown Rd in Rockville to have them look at a problem with the airbag system. They looked at it, charged me for the diagnostics, which was fine. But then they gave me an inflated estimate of how much it will cost to fix the problem. My son took his car to Don's Automotive of July of last year. They changed two brake lines, wheel cylinder, and weld a plate on his muffler. 2 months ago his muffler fell off on Broadway and now 5months later he has a leak in his brake hose. I have been a customer of Saveway Petroleum for 4 years. The actual service has been acceptable but on the expensive side. We had decided to buy an Miniature Australian Shepherd from Kathy Tomerlin at Boldheart Mini Aussies in Arizona.
