Purchased an extended service contract from NW Jeep for my 2002 Mini Cooper on 2/19/2008. In February 2009 the transmission failed. Annapolis MINI contacted them immediately for authorization to repair. Chrysler Service Contracts stated that the dealership needed to repair my Mini and THEN submit a request for coverage. This company sold me a property that was live in ready but really should have been condemned from the mold. I lived in Maine moved to Alabama and thought I had a house waiting. So when I finally got a hold of someone named Jason he laughed and asked me what did I expect. So they said we could look at other properties which were all about the same amount of trashed. CSB is a total scam. $11000 for what? You can get a AA degree in broadcasting from your local junior college for less than half that. I went to the CSB in northern NJ back in the early 90s when it was in Rochelle Park, NJ. Back then it was like $4000 to go. The place is a total joke. Was with company 3 months. The company raised rates without warning, when asked reason they said they didn't have a BMV report on the driver listed on the policy. During the initial policy setup on the phone, the operator was able to see the listed driver's BMV record when the policy was setup in the first place. I can tell you for a fact that no credit cards numbers are linked to their system. SO don't listen to this. It is a easy ploy to get consumers to give their card number. What they have in their systems is basically nothing. Since most consumers know the first digit of credit card numbers they start with this. Example Visa- 4, Mastercard-5, Discover-6, and Amex-3.
