Do not order from these people. They do not ship you what you order and they charge an arm and a leg. Furthermore, they leave ABSOLUTELY no contact information in order to process a refund. If you pay COD, they send you a letter stating if you try to stop payment, it will greatly affect your credit. Basicly, they send you a letter threatening you! These guys are a SCAM, they took money from me promising 'foreclosure rescue' services. DO NOT USE THEM, you will lose your MONEY with NO results. I have checked with the CA Dept of Real Estate 'NO LICENSING', City of San Diego 'NO LICENSING', State of CA 'NO LICENSING', State of CA BAR 'NO LICENSING' Hopefully they will be 'shut down.' This company has been sending me letters to settle a debt that is 5 years old, just recently i received a call harassing me to pay them. The original debtor has already charged off the debt and now Merchants Credit Guide wants to collect it. I was actually considering paying them off because they were offering me to pay half of the debt. Good thing I checked my credit report and proceeded to checking that agency and leaded me to this site. Now that i have informed myself i will deal with them. read full review »

I had canceled the information from coming. A few days later I noticed from 123 Funding a debit from my account in the amount of $2.79. The shipping charge of the information that I had canceled! I called the company again and they said I wasn't in their system. I asked to speak with their supervisor. She came on the phone and pretended not to hear me. I called back. This time I let it ring for 1/2 hour and no one picked up. I let it ring for so long just to get an idea if it was me or if I was being scammed.

Whoever these people are, be advised that they are very dangerous; because not only did they know my business address, they also knew my name and my business partners name. They knew when I filed for my very first business license as well. This is not only scary but insane that people can pry into someone's livihood and then go and demand money and most people won't even think that this is a fraud, because of what they already know. I engaged with MTN in a cellphone contract in beginning of February 2009. Signed a debiet order for payments to be deducted from my bank account on the last day of every month. F Rating BBB, I would stay clear of this company. I did not give them money, but after further research realized this was a scam for them to stop my foreclosure and say they can modify my home loan. When I called the California DRE they said these types of companies are scams and have had complaints on Infiniti Wealth Services several times.

We cancelled with Yak Communications and went back to another provider. Yak continued to bill us for several months despite many phone calls and hour long waits. Finally, supplied proof that we are with the other provider (faxed in the bills) and a supervisor agreed to credit our account. No charges outstanding. The invoices kept coming.

They are scammers! I paid Care One/Persels for over a year. They did nothing, but collect legal fees from me and never negotiated with my creditors. They told me they were a nonprofit organization. Don't order the custom picks from Steve Clayton. I ordered the white Pearl picks. The imprint comes right off. All you have to do is bend the pic a little and the imprint comes off on your finger. Their imprint quality is not very high. The text was blurred and the line thickness wasn't consistent. Centering isn't very precise either. Find another supplier. read full review »

I was afraid of talking to him. Then after that I cried. I started to doubt myself. I was afraid of getting my money back, because it would be a difficult process. I also had a very bad experience with Movie Facts, Inc. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and am filing a complaint in Illinois. I too received two calls, the first from a gentleman who said my business could get four months of advertisment from Movie Facts for $40 per month. I thought this was a good price and agreed. Much like other complaints on this site the Dallas Goodwill located on Greenville Ave is infested by unethical behavior & corruption from managers & associates. On a daily basis employees can be seen either doing favors for preferred customers (family members) or purchasing items that have not been put out onto the sales floor for customers. The employees take items straight from the bins & if they choose to keep the item they simply carry the item to back where it will be placed for later purchase. I signed up with Dowdle Gas in January 2008 I explained I had a 35ft motor home that when I ordered gas for my home it would need gas sometimes as well they told me they could do that. I ordered my tank, (paid for the tank rental and gas) and ordered gas for my motor home. I ordered gas for my home throughout the year no problem. My son who lost his job in November (the business he worked for closed) moved into my motor home with his girlfriend and pets (2 mini daushounds) in January. Waited 2 hrs. for pickup at airport. Called and after 50 rings got an answer, then no pickup. Called again, no answer. Took 55 minutes to check in. Slow service. Bum raiding trashcans. Bad area. Room key didn't work for all 3 rooms -needed several tries. Had to rekey next day and wait in line for 45 min.

Here is a company that does a HUGE promotion of a new release of a craft product. They take pre-orders and give an approximate date to their retailers on when they will be shipped. Then cross your fingers because 9 times out of 10 their products are a no show! And it is always "problems with the supplier in China?" Since this happens all the time--IMHO ---it is probably that the supplier wants their money. Maybe I am wrong but I doubt it. Could that be why they have you pre-order? I ordered goods on 19th January, which were meant to be delivered within a week. I was initially concerned as there was no parcel tracking service.
After 2 weeks I sent numerous emails which remain unanswered, phonecalls were not returned.
