I first came across the company through a bank telemarketing campaign. It was a free trial and they booked me a slot at a convenient time on the weekend. The service at the SPA was good but... after I've signed up for the pacakge. I can never get a timeslot in the weekends and even weekday evenings are almost always fully booked. I was sold a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire for my daughter to start her schooling with. She was with me at the car dealers. Criminal! This is a company as shady as they come. They quoted a specific amount on the phone. The technician showed up, went to work and was through the lock in 15 seconds (was not a big job).
