In 2008 December, my wife signed up with Rogers for the home phone, blackberry, internet & cable. We had also purchased a PVR and paid in full at the store. She was having statement from Rogers and stated she had to pay for the PVR (which was already paid for in the first place.) I used Members Mark Lamb and Rice exclusively for my bird dogs. When the pet food scare was going on my dogs stayed sick. I called Nestle Purina after I finally tracked down the fact they were the manufacturers of Members Mark Lamb and Rice. This company cheated us by not paying our invoices. End client Infosys India says they paid the client on time. Despite sending so many statements as well as going thru collections, this company doesnot respond to the requests. They operate under various company names like puresoft or econosoft. Beware of these guys. They are big into cheating people. They don't answer the phones or reply to emails. This company is supposed to help people modify home loans. However, After sending them my personal information, and credit card number, I have not been able to get in contact with them. In addition, my mortgage companies have not heard from them either. The credit card that was used for them to bill me has since had fraudulent charges on it and has had to be cancelled. New policy: putting your luggage on earlier flight without telling you? Do not agree to attend time share sales presentation of buy from any time shares in Puerto Vallarta. Our specific experience was with Villas del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta. Received a bill from Fingerhut for a service I did not order. It was an insurance policy with AIG CD INS. I called AIG and tried to cancel it, telling them I did not order the insurance and did not want it. I was treated very rudely. I then called Fingerhut and told them I did not want the insurance and that I had already talked with AIG. Fingerhut told me that I had to pay the minimum for two months as that is as long as it would take to get it off my account and if I didn't, it would affect my credit rating. This company is not the company you wish to work with. This company doesn't know how to TAKE CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. They do not follow LABOR CODE, they use people, all they want is money. Is there some reason why Verizon subjects paying webmail customers to multiple pop-up ads all over its website? The free email sites such as Yahoo don't assault users like this.
