If the airlines cancels or changes your flight before you depart you lose all your money paid for flight insurance. The flight insurance refuses to cover you if you purchase a new flight with the same dates and everything. I lost $80.00 because the airlines changed my flight details. In the lengthly web advertisement they show you a picture of the manual that you think you are ordering and when you complete the sales process it turns out to be a download. I was not interested in an e-book and had no way to back out at this point. From there, the purported 100% guarantee is not available, and, as other reports indicate for this company, there is no way to contact the company. We signed a contract with Claims Specialists International (CSI) on August 30, 2008 to act as our roofing consultant and contractor for an insurance claim to replace our hail damaged roof. Countywide Auto movers is a ripoff. They were suppose to pick up a car for me on 3-11-09 thru 3-13-09 I called them on 3-13 to see what time they were picking the car up, They told me they would call me back to let me know. They never called me at all. On 3-16-09 I called them back they told me they did not have a driver for New York but if I wanted to pay an extra $100 they would find a driver I said no way just cancel my order and take the charge off my credit card. Jay and his website advertise that they do a 450 Point inspection - nothing even remotely close to that number. In fact he failed to catch that the fact that both rear brake lights did not work!!! Took my newly purchased used car to the dealer - air filter was beyond dirty, coolant was weak and needed to be changed (not to mention the replaced brake light bulbs). Jay and Lemon Protector did not lift vehicle to test underside for corrosion as advertised. I don't have them often but like to have a good mocha. And Tully's unfortunately makes the worst mocha on the planet. The chocolate is the problem. When my husband went into Highland's Super Valu grocery store to buy an advertised special on Tuesday the 24th of March they said they were out but would have the items in Thursday.
