Approximately 6 months ago I entered into an agreement with Consumer Credit Counselors to close and pay off several credit cards, one of which was issued by Citibank. During the second month I began to get collection calls from Citi. When asked how this could be, they said the agreement had been canceled and would have to be renewed. I went for some physical therapy for my back. Expecting way more than what was done, however my insurance company was billed for seval things that was not performed at all. Such as a neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, and self care management which came to a total of $138. Let alone the $120 charge for evaluation, $30 for a ultasound therapy, and therapeutic exercises at $40. I was in so much pain that the therapist just kept remarking that I need some type of meds to calm the pain. So really not a thing was done. I've been a member of American Express since 2007, and have never defaulted. In fact in quite a number of times, I even made payments twice a month during the billing period. I noticed that after I joined American Express/Credit Secure, my two American express accounts were cancelled without any forwarning. It has been horrible for my son during his 1st year at ODU in dealing with these landlords. The neighborhood appears as if low rental but the cost is high. There is lighting attached to the building but it does not work . There is a security system that does not work. Someone broke my son's lock to his outside door. The landlords replaced the entire door and door frame and billed him for the entire job. He attached a late fee and court cost to the original astronomical charge in less than 10 days after they mailed out the charge. I had my hair cut and it was ok. I've had better but ok. The sign clearly states the price for adult hair cut was $14.95 including shampoo. I was not asked if I wanted a shampoo or not. She just asked me to sit down and asked what I was needing. She cut my hair. That was all. And I was charged $14.95. If you advertise a price including something, a customer should not have to say anything about it. If a customer did not want then that is there choice to let the employee know that. I have used Mitchum Deoderant Smart Stick for Women - It is supposed to not leave marks on clothes. My experience has been (for the two times I have bought this product), that the stick either breaks off soon after being used, or breaks into little pieces, rendering it useless. Unless, you want to wash the stick off everytime it falls on the floor, or try to use tiny pieces.
