I buy a package of papers often and at the same store, Super Jr. on Nailor Road in Vicksburg. I consistently pay almost $3 for a package of 5 to 7 papers. It says there are 24 in a pack, but that has not been my experience. The last 3 packs I've bought have had no less than 5 but no more than 7, I do not know why but I am of a mind to change brands...this one isn't working. Also, I may change the store I do business with. In today's economy we must make sure we get our monies worth or don't buy it. Now I am being charged 87.13 because in the fine print, I was actually opening an account whereby I would be sent the product each month and be charged each month. Sent order Feb. 21, 2009 . Order went in with wrong tint for sunglasses. I e-mailed them right away and followed up with a phone call in the morning. Was assured the order would be changed. Took six weeks for them to send the glasses and what a joke. Not only was the tint on the sunglasses wrong, both pair of glasses looked like something you would get at a drug store. It was no were near my prescription. Called them to ask where to send them back and was given the address. Sent by insured mail which they received on April 2, 2009. I started receiving calls from the "Law Offices of Jason Head" a few months ago. The debt was discharged in my bankruptcy 7 years ago. They won't stop calling, they won't send me a letter detailing the debt and are getting continually nasty. They called my father's home but he blew them off. I have sent them a cease and desist letter to three different addresess, since they won't give me one (I googled them). This is definetly a rip off. The company offers a 90 day 100% guarantee. Initially they set up the account and then spend 90 days pretending that they haven't gotten the required documents (that in itself is a waste of time when your credit could have been repaired) so that you extend the 90 day guarantee. When I called them and asked for a refund they claimed that they could not refund the account set up fee but they could set up the consultation since they never provided that service. I noticed an odd charge for $14.95 on my account from a company called CIC Triple Advantage. Since I did not recognize the name, I googled it to find out it was from freecreditreport.com. I called their company and was told that I had signed up for an online account last Sunday (which is really odd since I cancelled my home internet service over a month ago). I recently had Norton install their Anti Virus program into my computer. Since I had Norton Anti Virus installed laslt year a pop up allerting me that my year was up. It advertised on their website that it would cost $58.98 Canadian Funds. I put it on my mastercard and when I checked with MC, you charged my American Funds which amounted to $73.62. I took my car there yesterday to get my yearly inspection because my inspection sticker was expiring. BEFORE the inspection was conducted, I informed the owner THAT MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. n June I purchased a bedroom set and mattress set from Rothman's Furniture. The bedroom set's floor model displayed Dove Tail drawers and the mattress set felt great. They supply racquets and equipment for racquetball. They would not replace a defective racquet for me. I offered to send the racquet back so that they could test it for a defect. The only thing they were interested in was a proof of purchase. They are totally unwilling to stand by their products. I have also had racquetballs made by them that are defective.
