I went to Moosejaw.com to order a North Face Jacket. According to its Terms and Agreements, Moosejaw would pay for Ground UPS Shipping from US to Canada. It also indicated that the buyer would be responsible for paying duties. I was willing to pay for duties, but did not expect to pay more half of the cost of the product. We purchased a park home from Stewart Park Homes, 219 Industrial Boulevard, Thomasville, Georgia. We have had a multitude of problems with the unit since its arrival too numerous to list. It is supposed to be covered by a two year warranty, but after following all the procedures for warranty service, the company has ignored our requests for service. We at International Translation are an interpreter sevcie company. Last November we sent interpreters to Depositions requested by Eastwood-Stein and they ran up a bill that is now $2800.00. My grandmother gave them 800.00 for a week at one of the hotels that they are affiliated with. Being elderly and of that generation of trust she forgot to get any form of receipt and paid cash. Let me first explain this is my first move in 48 years. On 11-14-06 I obtained an estimate for moving expenses from NJ to Texas from the above mentioned company. I bought a MP4 player from Riverstreams website. It arrived faulty and took me 2 weeks for them to give me a return code so that I could send it back. The new one eventually arrived which was also faulty, same story again, they claimed it was a faulty USB cable, which was not so. After a month of e mailing they gave me code to return it to their facility in Nottingham. That was 3 weeks ago and since then I've heard nothing, no replacement and no reply on e mail. On the 24.10.2008, my wife and I took the 1510 coach service from Cambridge to Heathrow T5 scheduled to arrive at 1805 hours in order to board British airways flight BA0574 to Milan (Malpensa) ETD1930 hours.
