I paid close to $1200.00 for a Serta Mosaic Mattress, Queen Size. I was delivered in a few days and after a week; I noticed that one side of the mattress had a 3-inch depression. I just have to tell you what happened when I went to get my daughter's dress on Friday, April 20, 2007. First, the dresses are shipped in from different companies, ours came in from China (Landau Designer Prom-Pageant Gowns). Cinderella will receive them in shrink wrapped (plastic) bags, so the dresses need to be steamed and hung properly. This is to formally complain on Maynilad billing. Since last year I have been calling to Maynilad hotline but until now, the problem is not yet resolved. They are billing us with an average rate and not showing the actual meter reading, worst is that they are just guessing the figure, since my meter shows different meter reading than what they are charging us. The Buisiness I'm complaining about is a car rental place called "Sommerset Auto Rentals" on U.S. highway 1 south in North Brunswick, New Jersey. After purchasing a new Goodman Compressor it broke down within one and a half years. The cost of the new system was $1, 700.00 After the first repair was done the a/C repair company said, it was a leak in the compressor. I have never been so pissed off about a company before. I decided to try this supposedly 30 day free trial and I cancelled. Little does it tell you when you order the product that 21 days into the offer you have to cancell (which I did) but you have to return the rest for a refund. I was never told that when I called the first time to cancell and so my card was charged $79.99. I called them back and then they tell me that it needs to be sent back before a certain time. I bought a table from this company and it came wobbly and crooked. They took it back and fixed that problem only to redeliver it with another problem. This time the table had a terrible strong odor. I had to open all the windows in my house to air out the smell which they said was “tung oil”. My entire family including my two year old daughter became sick from the smell. Received quote for local move of $90 an hour for truck and 3 experienced movers. All items were packed when movers arrived on site. I placed an order through maacs.com and have been trying to get an answer as to what the status of my order was with no response. All numbers associated with MAACS have either been disconnected or require you to pay an additional fee to get the new number to even speak to anyone. I bought my home in 2004 and paid $700.00 for a year of home insurance. 2005 paid $800.00. 2006 paid $850.00. 2007 paid $1100.00. 2008 paid $1150.00 and 2009 paid $1400.00. I purchased a male "teacup" Yorkie from Julie at Yorkilicious well before the puppy was ready to leave it's mother. We were unaware that the puppy was too young to leave it's mother and had to force feed the pup so that it would not die. Julie promised that the puppy would not go over 3 pounds.
