I had a large print custom framed. I went in to pick it up and happened to notice on the sheet I was signing that my order total on the sheet was almost $10 lower than I had originally been charged. I asked about it, and the clerk told me they had "verified measurements" and it had resulted in a lower price. Well, she would not have refunded my money if I hadn't asked about it, and they never bothered to point it out to me. If I had not had my original receipt I doubt I would have ever caught it at all, because they do not give... read full review »

This guy apparently has a few different companys that he works through. I started with him at the latter part of January with a company called FHA all day. I was interested in getting a Modification for my home loan because it has lost a substantial amout of value. I gave him $3400 to represent me and have submitted to him my personal information twice, I talked to him once in april, he assured me I could call him anytime and that the Mortgage Company's are real slow and a few weeks behind. Purchased a jeep, 2 weeks later vehicle was stalled 2 blocks away and they told us where to take it and it could be fixed at their cost. It was the throttle piston sensor, which they knew the CHECK ENGINE light was on but they said it was a fuse. then the power steering pump had to be replaced. We had taken out a warrantee and none was covered. Later we found out the sun roof leaked which caused the computer system to quit working . read full review »

Well, I thought I had put unitedtel.com behind me. After I spoke with them last month and ask them to take off the 2 months unauthorized charges I thought I wouldn't have to think about them again. I opened the verizon bill this month to find that they only credited me for one month (amerivoice credited me for 3 months I was entitled to). So once again, I call them and they did confirm that my account was closed and didn't know why I wasn't credited for both months.
