Dust Doctor came to my home in scarborough to install a furnace in my home. Recently I called Dircet Energy to have them give me a quote on replacing my water heater. Direct Energy informed me that the company who install the furnace insulated the chimney with the incorrect size, the size was so small and this would eventually allow carbon dioxide to enter the home. I signed up to receive a free trial sample of RezV Ultra. No problem, there. It arrived today. The problem is that I can't find a Web address or telephone number through which I can unsubscribe from this program. I found out I need surgery July 1, which will mean that I am -- literally -- off my feet for two months, or so, depending on how fast I heal. Waited 4 hours for Connect TV (DirecTv contractor) to come install a new line. Showed up @ 359 pm (window was 12-4) took one look at the dish and said he could not touch it because the last installer installed dish in the wrong place. Left in 5 minutes with a promise that his supervisor would call me in an hour. No phone call going on second day. Call DirecTv, they put in a email to same superisor to call me within the hour...3 hours later NO PHONE CALL. I purchased a gift subscription for this magazine in November 2008 and just found out it was never received. This subscription was bought through a local high promotion, and the voucher that indicated that I paid was sent as directed, to Magazine Portfolio, PO Box 61383, Tampa, Florida, 33661-1383. It was only recently that I asked my friends how they liked the magazine (having forgotten that I gave it to them last year). and they responded "What magazine?" Is there any recourse for me? This particular apartment complex lacks the professionalism in management. There have been request for maintance repair in my apartment home that have not been addressed. I have reported that the concrete has broken away from the stairs and nothing has been done about that either. I also reported that the car that I drive was involved in a car accident and I would be borrowing a car so that it would not be towed and not to my surprise it was towed and at my expense the car was retrieved from South West Tow. Gave up dealing with this non-responsive company/owner. Complaints to BBB, and Florida Department of Consumer Services. Took case to Volusia County Small Claims Court and received a judgment in our favor in May. Fortunately I have excellent records to support every issue we had. If you have good records, it's worth the effort. Don't understand how the police think he didn't know what was going on. My husband bought me a puppy from this store and in addition to the sales staff lying about what came with the puppy (GPS tracking chip) the puppy I got was sick. Being as he was a pug when he was sneezing i dismissed it as a "pug thing" but it wasn't when he was coughing and had trouble breathing that I rushed him to the hospityal and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Our tenants had a kitchen fire. Our insurance covered replacing a few cupboards and countertops but they wouldn't replace two additional countertops so that all would be matching because they couldn't get new ones that would match the old ones. I have had a car loan with Crescent bank since 1/08 This month for the first time I was unable to make my payment I have received several threatening calls form this bank. When asked for my 10 pay out I was told they could not give me this information, When I did get the pay out after much arguing the pay out amount is more then what is listed on my credit report by over $1, 000 and $2, 500 more then according to what my math shows it would be. On June 16th the account was activated, they say it takes 24 hours to process. I called on June 17th before the 24hours and canceled the servies for PULSE MONTH and VALUE PLUS. On June 18th they charged 2-$1.00 to my debit AFTER I had canceled. This in turn caused my account to be overdrawn by $70. After I have tried the product my computer`s connection went very slow and I had to uninstall the Sharing Product. They claimed to have found my dog in the highway, instead of checking with the houses near where they found this dog they took the dog home with them. I frantically checking with my neighbors and another "rescue" in the area had no luck finding my dog. I searched the Anima Control (pound) they have not had a dog of such breed come in (very rare).
